Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 33–1307","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board may issue a Sunday license to a holder of a 6–day Class B or a 6–day Class C beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(b) The license entitles the holder to sell alcoholic beverages to a convention or other special group that is approved by:\n(1) the Board; and\n(2) the mayor and city council of a municipality if:\n(i) the premises is in the municipality; and\n(ii) the mayor and city council require that the group obtain their approval.\n(c) The license allows on–premises consumption from 12:30 p.m. on Sunday to 1 a.m. the following day.\n(d) An applicant shall file an application for a license at least 10 days before the day the license is to be used.\n(e) The fee shall be paid to the Board before the license is issued.\n(f) The fee for a Sunday license is $10 per day of use.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=33-1307","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"feebf5936584b73c1e2ca00b12eeb72fb0bcddeecca386387722010511b4e8ed","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-33-1305","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-33-1308"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
