Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 33–1901","heading":"","body":"(a) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 5 (“Conduct of Local License Holders”) of Division I of this article apply in the county without exception or variation:\n(1) § 4–502 (“Storage of alcoholic beverages”);\n(2) § 4–503 (“Solicitations and sales outside of licensed premises”);\n(3) § 4–506 (“Evidence of purchaser’s age”); and\n(4) § 4–508 (“Display of license”).\n(b) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 5 (“Conduct of Local License Holders”) of Division I of this article apply in the county:\n(1) § 4–504 (“Employment of underage individuals”), subject to § 33–1902 of this subtitle;\n(2) § 4–505 (“Alcohol awareness program”), subject to § 33–1903 of this subtitle; and\n(3) § 4–507 (“Retail delivery of alcoholic beverages”), subject to § 33–1904 of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=33-1901","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"0438002139aa89760b6772a5e6149d1f7cd98af28e27e8bbd5f1176c04d301ce","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-33-1803","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-33-1902"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
