Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 33–403","heading":"","body":"(a) This section applies to a Class 7 micro–brewery license in the county.\n(b) Notwithstanding § 2–209 (b) of this article, the license may be issued only to the holder of:\n(1) a Class B beer, wine, and liquor (on–sale) license that is issued for use on the premises of a restaurant located in the county; or\n(2) a holder of a Class D beer (off–sale) license that is issued for use on the premises of the Class D license if the premises is located in the Town of Berlin.\n(c) The hours and days of sale under a Class 7 micro–brewery license are the same as those for a Class D license.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=33-403","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"0f6b3aed01e0cbe12e2877c49010d556bb5b3fad305645a60616f088a44669ae","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-33-402","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-33-501"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
