Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 9–1305","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class BWLT beer, wine, and liquor tasting permit.\n(b) The Board may issue the permit to a holder of a beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(c) The permit authorizes the holder to allow the on–premises consumption, for tasting, of beer, wine, and liquor.\n(d) The permit holder shall notify the Board at least 7 days before a tasting event is to be held.\n(e) (1) The annual fee for a Class BWLT beer, wine, and liquor tasting permit is $150.\n(2) The annual fee is in addition to:\n(i) a one–time issuing fee of $150 for a new Class BWLT beer, wine, and liquor tasting permit; and\n(ii) the annual fee for the underlying beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(f) The Board shall adopt regulations to carry out this section.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=9-1305","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"0515da93812a1e9904361c5087dee54072b2e0eccafc087c0142ceefc8282931","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-9-1304.1","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-9-1307"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
