Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 9–2101","heading":"","body":"(a) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 6 (“Revocation and Suspension of Local Licenses”) of Division I of this article apply in the county without exception or variation:\n(1) § 4–602 (“Power of local licensing board”); and\n(2) § 4–605 (“Nudity and sexual displays”).\n(b) Section 4–606 (“Effects of revocation”) of Division I of this article does not apply in the county and is superseded by § 9–2105 of this subtitle.\n(c) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 6 (“Revocation and Suspension of Local Licenses”) of Division I of this article apply in the county:\n(1) § 4–603 (“Revocation and suspension procedures”), subject to §§ 9–2102 and 9–2103 of this subtitle; and\n(2) § 4–604 (“Grounds for revocation or suspension”), subject to § 9–2104 of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=9-2101","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"433f69a50e75a3286994df25dd51e6360948a7affd008d55eb42003b06327aba","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-9-2006","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-9-2102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
