Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 9–403","heading":"","body":"(a) This section applies to a Class 7 micro–brewery license in the county.\n(b) A holder of the license:\n(1) may brew a malt beverage in one location and contract for the bottling of the malt beverage in another location; and\n(2) (i) shall meet the requirements for a restaurant for which a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license is sought; but\n(ii) need not meet the requirements for a hotel or motel for which a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license is sought; and\n(3) is not subject to the manufacturing and licensing prohibitions under § 2–209(e) of this article.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=9-403","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"45d0bdb1bcd15ff30cbb2cbadb9146b0f3a2195ae5f132abe5056bb78e84ccf6","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-9-402","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-9-501"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
