Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 9–905","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class L beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(b) The Board may issue the license to the holder of a manufacturer’s license.\n(c) The license authorizes the license holder, for on–premises consumption, to:\n(1) sell beer, wine, and liquor produced by the holder or another holder of a manufacturer’s license; and\n(2) provide a sample of the beer, wine, or liquor that is authorized under item (1) of this subsection at no cost.\n(d) The hours of sale for a Class L beer, wine, and liquor license are the same as those for the underlying manufacturer’s license.\n(e) The annual license fee is $250.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=9-905","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"dcff63eff2a09ccf44c2fe5c15194096e5373740f45ffd7bb7368cb137ab2d63","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-9-904","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-9-1001"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
