Code, Business Occupations and Professions § 14–207","heading":"","body":"(a) On request of any person and payment of a verification fee set by the Board, the Board shall certify the licensing status and qualifications of any individual who is the subject of the request.\n(b) Each certification under this section:\n(1) shall include a statement of the licensing status of the individual who is the subject of the request; and\n(2) may include:\n(i) information about the examination results and other qualifications of that individual;\n(ii) information about the dates of issuance and renewal of the license of that individual;\n(iii) information about any disciplinary action taken against that individual; and\n(iv) if authorized by that individual, information about any complaint against that individual.","path":["Article - Business Occupations and Professions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbo\u0026section=14-207","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:13Z","sha256":"a93eb3b00618041ccce50e010602e52f527bafb0c5955ef28974f3521623e624","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-14-206","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-14-208"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
