Code, Business Occupations and Professions § 15–102","heading":"","body":"(a) A professional land surveyor may render or offer to render land surveying services described in § 15–101(j) of this subtitle.\n(b) A licensed property line surveyor may render or offer to render property line surveying services described in § 15–101(k) of this subtitle.\n(c) A professional land surveyor or a property line surveyor, as applicable, may perform design coordination for a project or portion of a project provided that the professional land surveyor or the property line surveyor:\n(1) holds a current license issued by the Board; and\n(2) has adequate experience in, and understanding of, achieving the purpose of the project or portion of the project being coordinated.","path":["Article - Business Occupations and Professions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbo\u0026section=15-102","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:13Z","sha256":"d55924e5911eb5b1e2b75e2806f9c377bc51c8dfe69fa11ec90f305b2df73f91","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-15-101","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-15-201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
