Code, Business Occupations and Professions § 16–212","heading":"","body":"(a) The Commission shall keep an indexed record of:\n(1) each application for licensure or certification;\n(2) each issuance of a license or certificate;\n(3) each reprimand of a licensed real estate appraiser or certified real estate appraiser or licensed home inspector; and\n(4) each suspension or revocation of a licensed real estate appraiser or certified real estate appraiser or licensed home inspector.\n(b) The Commission shall make available to the public:\n(1) the record during business hours; and\n(2) on request, a copy of the record at a reasonable price that the Commission sets.","path":["Article - Business Occupations and Professions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbo\u0026section=16-212","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:13Z","sha256":"544fe9db23d97a8cdfebf118640089d9ca7bfe1442de2d24b371af2c5e39de54","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-16-211","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-16-212.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
