Code, Business Occupations and Professions § 17–211","heading":"","body":"(a) On request of any person and payment of a fee of $10, the Commission shall certify the licensing status and qualifications of any person who is the subject of the request.\n(b) Each certification under this section:\n(1) shall include a statement of the licensing status of the person who is the subject of the request; and\n(2) may include:\n(i) information about the examination results and other qualifications of that person;\n(ii) information about the dates of issuance and renewal of the license of that person;\n(iii) information about any disciplinary action taken against that person; and\n(iv) if authorized by that person, information about any complaint against that person.\n(c) The Commission shall collect a fee set by the Commission for each certification under this section.","path":["Article - Business Occupations and Professions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbo\u0026section=17-211","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:13Z","sha256":"20ebf57278ac06ad256e080658ac8436a0b6af3b828153e4d4a679bda6c36745","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-17-210","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-17-212"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
