Code, Business Occupations and Professions § 18–3A–05","heading":"","body":"(a) The Secretary shall register each applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle.\n(b) The Secretary shall include on each registration that the Secretary issues:\n(1) the full name of the registrant;\n(2) the current address of the registrant;\n(3) the date of issuance of the registration; and\n(4) the date on which the registration expires.\n(c) For all registrations other than temporary registrations, the Secretary shall issue to each registrant a pocket identification card that includes:\n(1) a photograph of the registrant, supplied by the registrant; and\n(2) the expiration date of the registrant’s registration.\n(d) Each registrant shall give the Secretary written notice of any change of address within 10 business days after the change.","path":["Article - Business Occupations and Professions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbo\u0026section=18-3A-05","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:13Z","sha256":"cf95a6f3fe6ea08d679bad943a819464e8c057e73d8340d854d57b5d3ceb5b94","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-18-3a-04","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-18-3a-06"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
