Code, Business Occupations and Professions § 2–404","heading":"","body":"(a) An applicant for a permit shall:\n(1) submit to the Board an application on the form that the Board provides; and\n(2) pay to the Board a nonrefundable application fee set by the Board.\n(b) In addition to any other information required on an application form, the form shall require:\n(1) for a partnership applicant, a list of each partner who practices or who intends to practice certified public accountancy in the State;\n(2) for a limited liability company, a list of each member who practices or who intends to practice certified public accountancy in the State; and\n(3) for a corporate applicant, a list of all of the shareholders of the corporation.","path":["Article - Business Occupations and Professions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbo\u0026section=2-404","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:13Z","sha256":"e1ccbfad515e2a7cbb322012bdec76bb27eecc3c8f91b8bce4418ff40da5a8c2","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-2-403","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-2-405"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
