Code, Business Occupations and Professions § 3–414","heading":"","body":"(a) Subject to the provisions of this section, the Board may reinstate:\n(1) a permit that has been revoked; or\n(2) before fulfillment of the conditions of the suspension, a permit that has been suspended.\n(b) A permit may be reinstated under this section only if:\n(1) the corporation, partnership, or limited liability company whose permit has been revoked or suspended submits a written request to the Board; and\n(2) the corporation, partnership, or limited liability company pays to the Board a reinstatement fee set by the Board.\n(c) The Board, by an affirmative vote of a majority of its members then serving, shall vote on the request for reinstatement or lifting of the suspension within 60 days of receipt of the written request.","path":["Article - Business Occupations and Professions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbo\u0026section=3-414","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:13Z","sha256":"11748d96677578b04e6f08bdec9bbb465dfb7a042bd96951fe33047fc2612859","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-3-413","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-3-415"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
