Code, Business Occupations and Professions § 5–207","heading":"","body":"(a) In addition to any powers set forth elsewhere, the Board may administer oaths.\n(b) In addition to any duties set forth elsewhere, the Board shall:\n(1) adopt a seal;\n(2) keep a record of its proceedings;\n(3) keep records at its principal office; and\n(4) provide copies of its regulations to persons regulated by the Board.\n(c) The Board shall keep a record that, for each application for a license, registration, or permit, shows:\n(1) the name of the applicant;\n(2) the place of business or employment of the applicant;\n(3) the address of the place of business or employment; and\n(4) the action of the Board on the application.","path":["Article - Business Occupations and Professions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbo\u0026section=5-207","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:13Z","sha256":"9e69e8865167983df126bd325fbf3ae54325c2fd98c9f04585590ace4a3da919","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-5-206","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-5-208"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
