Code, Business Occupations and Professions § 5–503","heading":"","body":"(a) An applicant for a beauty salon permit shall:\n(1) submit to the Board an application on the form that the Board provides;\n(2) pay to the Board an application fee established by the Board in accordance with the provisions of § 5-205 of this title; and\n(3) pay to the Board an inspection fee established by the Board in accordance with the provisions of § 5-205 of this title.\n(b) In addition to any other information required on the application form, the form shall require the applicant to indicate if the application is for a limited practice beauty salon.\n(c) For each beauty salon permit for which a person applies, the person shall submit a separate application and pay a separate application fee.","path":["Article - Business Occupations and Professions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbo\u0026section=5-503","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:13Z","sha256":"dd4b244e564d2707342cefe934aeebb460304abf14039234a9a1ef77f6917f6e","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-5-502","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-5-504"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
