Code, Business Occupations and Professions § 6.5–205","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board shall:\n(1) adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of this title;\n(2) administer examinations;\n(3) issue licenses;\n(4) maintain a list of all licensees; and\n(5) maintain a record of its proceedings.\n(b) The Board shall make available through written, electronic, or other means:\n(1) to each applicant for a license, a copy of the Maryland Stationary Engineers Act and the Board’s regulations; and\n(2) on each renewal of a license, to each licensee, a copy of any amendments to the Maryland Stationary Engineers Act and the Board’s regulations that took effect during the 2-year period ending on the date of renewal.","path":["Article - Business Occupations and Professions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbo\u0026section=6.5-205","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:13Z","sha256":"b4fb781e562c1340e331e08dd7f08abc24ef718cae3d38a9d73d86919cf3a5bd","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-6.5-204","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-6.5-206"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
