Code, Business Occupations and Professions § 6.5–309","heading":"","body":"(a) If an applicant qualifies for a license under this subtitle, the Board shall send the applicant a notice that states that:\n(1) the applicant has qualified for a license; and\n(2) the Board will issue a license to the applicant on receipt of the appropriate license fee required under § 6.5-207 of this title.\n(b) On payment of the license fee, the Board shall issue a license to each applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle.\n(c) The Board shall include on each license that the Board issues:\n(1) the full name of the licensee;\n(2) the license grade level; and\n(3) the registration number assigned by the Board to the licensee.","path":["Article - Business Occupations and Professions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbo\u0026section=6.5-309","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:13Z","sha256":"25b1f57748f020dfd943a541b75ef2d6601c4816f14837c8bba912b7cc19734b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-6.5-308","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-6.5-310"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
