Code, Business Occupations and Professions § 6.5–315","heading":"","body":"(a) Except as otherwise provided in § 10-226 of the State Government Article, before the Board takes any final action under § 6.5-314 of this subtitle, it shall give the individual against whom the action is contemplated an opportunity for a hearing before the Board.\n(b) The Board shall give notice and hold the hearing in accordance with Title 10, Subtitle 2 of the State Government Article.\n(c) If, after due notice, the individual against whom the action is contemplated fails or refuses to appear, the Board may hear and determine the matter.","path":["Article - Business Occupations and Professions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbo\u0026section=6.5-315","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:13Z","sha256":"f6303dee79fe24b6c66a6c2a88763f7b1689b137ebcdb72478544261b2631391","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-6.5-314","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-occupations-and-professions-6.5-316"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
