Code, Business Regulation § 12.5–207","heading":"","body":"(a) Each licensed locksmith shall issue a photo identification card to each individual providing locksmith services on behalf of the licensed locksmith, including each individual identified as an employee of the licensed locksmith under § 12.5–202 of this subtitle.\n(b) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the licensed locksmith shall determine the size, form, and content of a photo identification card that the licensed locksmith issues.\n(2) The photo identification card issued by a licensed locksmith under this section shall:\n(i) be composed of durable material;\n(ii) include a current passport–size photograph of the individual to whom the photo identification card is issued; and\n(iii) include the license number and license expiration date of the licensed locksmith’s license.","path":["Article - Business Regulation"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbr\u0026section=12.5-207","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:23Z","sha256":"6d28fd37722adccbc9ee125bbdca6a20d4d63a08dbb6c5000819978b80a2754b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-regulation-12.5-206","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-regulation-12.5-208"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
