Code, Business Regulation § 16–306","heading":"","body":"Subject to the hearing provisions of § 16–307 of this subtitle, the Executive Director may deny a county license to an applicant, reprimand a county licensee, or suspend or revoke a county license if the applicant or licensee:\n(1) fraudulently or deceptively obtains or attempts to obtain a license for the applicant or licensee or for another person;\n(2) fraudulently or deceptively uses a license;\n(3) violates § 16–308.1 of this subtitle; or\n(4) fails to comply with the Maryland Cigarette Sales Below Cost Act and regulations adopted under it.","path":["Article - Business Regulation"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbr\u0026section=16-306","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:23Z","sha256":"f47ce26062c21d1bfbc935d07697f6da58916e80883ee6a023ef27578e756b14","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-regulation-16-305","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-regulation-16-307"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
