Code, Business Regulation § 17–1811","heading":"","body":"(a) A promoter may not allow an exhibitor to do business at a show unless, before the show, the exhibitor submits to the promoter:\n(1) a photocopy of the trader’s license of the exhibitor; or\n(2) an exhibitor’s affidavit in accordance with § 17–1803(d)(2) or (3) of this subtitle.\n(b) The exhibitor’s affidavit or the photocopy of the trader’s license shall be displayed conspicuously during the show.\n(c) Within 7 days after a show ends, the promoter shall submit to the Comptroller the exhibitors’ affidavits.","path":["Article - Business Regulation"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbr\u0026section=17-1811","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:23Z","sha256":"8fba88e26a52bca88a6ca2e3ffe1cb367d6e37273640422261c4fb7c05c2dbcd","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-regulation-17-1810","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-regulation-17-1812"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
