Code, Business Regulation § 4–305","heading":"","body":"(a) An applicant for a license shall:\n(1) submit to the Commission an application on the form that the Commission provides; and\n(2) pay to the Commission an application fee of:\n(i) $10 for a license to participate as a wrestler or contestant in a contest or to act as a second in a contest;\n(ii) $15 for a license to act as a referee or judge in a contest;\n(iii) $25 for a license to act as a manager of a contestant;\n(iv) $25 for a license to act as a matchmaker of a contest; or\n(v) $150 for a license to act as a promoter of a contest.\n(b) The application shall contain the information that the Commission requires by regulation.","path":["Article - Business Regulation"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbr\u0026section=4-305","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:23Z","sha256":"d3d01ec8f3883613d9bc4898b19d7487775033cea67bd1d6fe1c7f12a9cfd397","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-regulation-4-304.1","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-regulation-4-306"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
