Code, Business Regulation § 4.5–603","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) This subsection applies only to a development that contains 11 or more new homes to be built by the same registrant.\n(2) Prior to the execution of any contract for the initial sale of a new home, a registrant shall provide the purchaser with written information about any energy–efficient options, including a statement that tax credits may be available related to the energy–efficient options, that are available for installation in the home before construction of the home is completed.\n(b) A registrant shall include in any contract for the initial sale of a new home the information required under § 14–117(a)(3), (i), and (m) of the Real Property Article, if applicable.","path":["Article - Business Regulation"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gbr\u0026section=4.5-603","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:23Z","sha256":"fc66099007d53bfa9d56d99dda63b2fafca451a7af82c22effadd5bdbebf4ae0","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-business-regulation-4.5-602","next":"us-md/md.-code-business-regulation-4.5-604"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
