Code, Commercial Law § 14–503","heading":"","body":"(a) A person may not knowingly publish or distribute any catalog, prospectus, or circular which offers for sale a fine print unless it clearly and conspicuously discloses all information required by § 14-504 of this subtitle.\n(b) A person may not knowingly sell at retail or wholesale any fine print unless a written invoice, receipt for the purchase price, or certificate furnished to the purchaser clearly and conspicuously discloses all information required by § 14-504 of this subtitle.\n(c) If a fine print is described as a “reproduction”, the information required by § 14-504 of this subtitle is not required to be disclosed, unless the print allegedly was published in a limited edition, an edition of numbered or signed prints, or any combination of them.","path":["Article - Commercial Law"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gcl\u0026section=14-503","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:33Z","sha256":"686dc11deb5fd114b815d54b91f24758b722b2826609d39cb582af77c84b1efb","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-commercial-law-14-502","next":"us-md/md.-code-commercial-law-14-504"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
