Code, Commercial Law § 16–201","heading":"","body":"(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.\n(b) “Aircraft” includes any part of an aircraft.\n(c) “Boat” includes any part of a boat.\n(d) “Clerk of the court” means the clerk of the circuit court of a county.\n(e) “Mobile home” has the meaning stated in § 8A–101(c) of the Real Property Article.\n(f) (1) “Motor vehicle” has the meaning stated in Title 11 of the Transportation Article.\n(2) “Motor vehicle” includes any part of a motor vehicle.\n(g) “Park owner” has the meaning stated in § 8A–101(f) of the Real Property Article.\n(h) “Property” means any aircraft, boat, mobile home, or motor vehicle.\n(i) “Resident” has the meaning stated in § 8A–101(j) of the Real Property Article.","path":["Article - Commercial Law"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gcl\u0026section=16-201","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:33Z","sha256":"39ac01eef3ee515621c8b58414b7dbbd6ef199df275456386288eb2bfa91eb7f","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-commercial-law-16-101","next":"us-md/md.-code-commercial-law-16-202"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
