Code, Commercial Law § 24–601","heading":"","body":"(a) A receiver:\n(1) May file an interim report; or\n(2) If ordered by the court, shall file an interim report.\n(b) The interim report under subsection (a) of this section shall include:\n(1) The activities of the receiver since appointment or a previous interim report;\n(2) Receipts and disbursements, including any payment made or proposed to be made to a professional engaged by the receiver;\n(3) Receipts and dispositions of receivership property;\n(4) Fees and expenses of the receiver and, if not filed separately, a request for approval of payment of the fees and expenses; and\n(5) Any other information required by the court.","path":["Article - Commercial Law"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gcl\u0026section=24-601","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:33Z","sha256":"2678cedec94bfdbae2097917d0cdbaec995c39428ab9995dfb3d494f39f6a67d","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-commercial-law-24-502","next":"us-md/md.-code-commercial-law-24-602"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
