Code, Correctional Services § 10–303","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board consists of the following three members:\n(1) the Secretary of Public Safety and Correctional Services, or the Secretary’s representative;\n(2) the Secretary of Budget and Management, or the Secretary’s representative; and\n(3) the Comptroller, or the Comptroller’s representative.\n(b) The Governor shall designate one member of the Board as chairperson and another member as secretary of the Board.\n(c) The chairperson may call a meeting of the Board.\n(d) Each member of the Board is entitled to reimbursement of expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.","path":["Article - Correctional Services"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gcs\u0026section=10-303","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:53Z","sha256":"da894c6aa931178075947e2730fbe41d059deed787ad0c90cc4e8fe4192014f4","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-correctional-services-10-302","next":"us-md/md.-code-correctional-services-10-304"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
