Code, Correctional Services § 11–707","heading":"","body":"(a) This section applies only in Caroline County.\n(b) While confined in the Caroline County Jail, an incarcerated individual employed under § 11–602 of this title shall pay:\n(1) court–ordered payments for restitution; and\n(2) the cost of the incarcerated individual’s food, lodging, and clothing.\n(c) The County Commissioners shall:\n(1) establish the per diem rate for an incarcerated individual’s food, lodging, and clothing; and\n(2) designate an agent to collect the costs specified in this section.","path":["Article - Correctional Services"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gcs\u0026section=11-707","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:53Z","sha256":"62aa4688803ab9ff92a9b905f21311dd39d19260e4fd1e5c27ae9c56f486108b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-correctional-services-11-706","next":"us-md/md.-code-correctional-services-11-708"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
