Code, Correctional Services § 11–722","heading":"","body":"(a) This section applies only in Talbot County.\n(b) While confined in the Talbot County Jail, an incarcerated individual employed under § 11–602 of this title shall pay:\n(1) court–ordered payments for restitution; and\n(2) the cost of the food, lodging, and clothing of the incarcerated individual.\n(c) The County Council shall:\n(1) establish the per diem rate for the food, lodging, and clothing of an incarcerated individual; and\n(2) designate an agent to collect the costs specified in this section.","path":["Article - Correctional Services"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gcs\u0026section=11-722","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:53Z","sha256":"448f16057fd322444c870a02b7d718e790492183dfdcab2a01987b65259467cf","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-correctional-services-11-720","next":"us-md/md.-code-correctional-services-11-723"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
