Code, Correctional Services § 7–207","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) Subject to the approval of the Secretary, the Commission shall adopt regulations governing its policies and activities under this title.\n(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of § 10–101(g)(2)(i) of the State Government Article, regulations adopted under paragraph (1) of this subsection shall comply with Title 10, Subtitle 1 of the State Government Article.\n(b) The Commission may adopt regulations governing:\n(1) the conduct of proceedings before it or the hearing examiners; and\n(2) the review and disposition of written exceptions to the recommendation of a hearing examiner.","path":["Article - Correctional Services"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gcs\u0026section=7-207","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:53Z","sha256":"2625a9d07e3df7d69659b7bdddfce598388ee7fe94892b7f005d4940e61653c7","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-correctional-services-7-206","next":"us-md/md.-code-correctional-services-7-208"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
