Code, Correctional Services § 8–207","heading":"","body":"(a) The Commission shall meet in the State at the times determined by:\n(1) a majority of the authorized membership of the Commission;\n(2) the chairperson of the Commission; or\n(3) the Secretary.\n(b) A majority of the authorized membership of the Commission is a quorum.\n(c) A member of the Commission:\n(1) may not receive compensation for service on the Commission; but\n(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.\n(d) The Commission shall:\n(1) maintain minutes of its meetings and any other records that it considers necessary; and\n(2) provide information, on request, regarding the budget, activities, and programs of the Commission.","path":["Article - Correctional Services"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gcs\u0026section=8-207","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:53Z","sha256":"c944c83d3613fc682de7667ba0a756543e4f62420eb3833ed95b1fe743dd0511","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-correctional-services-8-206","next":"us-md/md.-code-correctional-services-8-208"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
