Code, Courts and Judicial Proceedings § 2–508","heading":"","body":"(a) In Prince George’s County, in accordance with the Maryland Rules, the County Administrative Judge shall:\n(1) Establish the Office of Calendar Management to schedule all proceedings before the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, including juvenile matters, civil, criminal, and domestic relations cases;\n(2) Appoint the employees of the Office of Calendar Management; and\n(3) Supervise directly or through a designee the functions and employees of the Office of Calendar Management.\n(b) Prince George’s County shall fund all salaries and other expenses of the Office of Calendar Management.","path":["Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gcj\u0026section=2-508","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:03Z","sha256":"0848ae664f9802fa7e29147ccdd6c81914d98c15e340a303a43b59aaa7d9b572","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-courts-and-judicial-proceedings-2-507","next":"us-md/md.-code-courts-and-judicial-proceedings-2-509"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
