Code, Courts and Judicial Proceedings § 6–412","heading":"","body":"(a) A nongovernmental corporate party shall, with its first appearance, pleading, petition, motion, response, or other request addressed to the court, file one copy of a disclosure statement that:\n(1) Identifies any parent corporation and any publicly held corporation owning 10% or more of its stock;\n(2) Identifies any member or owner in a joint venture or limited liability corporation;\n(3) Identifies all partners in a partnership or limited liability partnership;\n(4) Identifies any corporate member, if the party is any other unincorporated association; or\n(5) States that there is no such corporation.\n(b) If any information filed in accordance with subsection (a) of this section changes, the nongovernmental corporate party shall file a supplemental statement.","path":["Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gcj\u0026section=6-412","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:03Z","sha256":"812ee7db3d0341221d7c521ec700b2a72dad3b5baa8b5dbfc01ab50c423e340a","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-courts-and-judicial-proceedings-6-411","next":"us-md/md.-code-courts-and-judicial-proceedings-7-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
