Code, Courts and Judicial Proceedings § 7–401","heading":"","body":"(a) For examination of a judgment debtor by a standing commissioner or examiner, the clerk of a court shall collect in advance from the plaintiff the following fees:\n(1) If a judgment or decree does not exceed $200 -- $5;\n(2) If a judgment or decree exceeds $200, but does not exceed $1,000 -- $10;\n(3) If a judgment or decree exceeds $1,000 -- $15.\n(b) The plaintiff shall initially pay stenographic fees in supplementary proceedings.
