Code, Criminal Law § 10–118","heading":"","body":"(a) Except for a person licensed as an alcoholic beverages licensee under the Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis Article who possesses a keg in the course of that person’s business, a person may not knowingly:\n(1) possess a keg that has not been registered under or does not have a registration form affixed to it as required by § 5–303 of the Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis Article; or\n(2) remove, alter, or obliterate, or allow to be removed, altered, or obliterated, a registration form that is affixed to a keg.\n(b) A person may not allow an individual under the age of 21 years to consume any of the contents of a keg purchased by that person.","path":["Article - Criminal Law"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gcr\u0026section=10-118","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:08Z","sha256":"7e77dc2b8bba86dab6f5f10aa1d3f7ac78423ef3b482e551d4359567bc182212","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-criminal-law-10-117","next":"us-md/md.-code-criminal-law-10-119"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
