Code, Criminal Law § 13–1207","heading":"","body":"(a) The clerk of the circuit court of the county shall collect $5 for a license for a raffle or carnival.\n(b) The clerk of the circuit court shall collect $25 from an applicant for an annual bingo license to conduct bingo and $1 for issuance of the license.\n(c) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (3) of this subsection, a 1-day bingo license is required for each day a bingo game is conducted.\n(2) The clerk of the circuit court of the county shall collect $1 for a 1-day bingo license.\n(3) A 1-day bingo license is not required for bingo conducted at a licensed carnival or under an annual bingo license.","path":["Article - Criminal Law"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gcr\u0026section=13-1207","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:08Z","sha256":"1b8af56192cec171b15c130b34b360595c29e2bd565000aa9276a18b3e7221c7","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-criminal-law-13-1206","next":"us-md/md.-code-criminal-law-13-1301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
