Code, Criminal Law § 13–1806","heading":"","body":"(a) A qualified organization that intends to conduct bingo shall submit a bingo license application on a form that the county provides.\n(b) A qualified organization shall disclose the following information on the license application:\n(1) the name of the qualified organization, and the names and addresses of its officers and directors;\n(2) a complete statement of the purposes and objectives of the qualified organization and the purposes for which the qualified organization will use the proceeds from the bingo;\n(3) a statement under oath by the president and treasurer, or the chief executive and fiscal officer, of the qualified organization that:\n(i) an agreement does not exist to divert any of the proceeds of the bingo to another person; and\n(ii) another person will not receive any of the proceeds of the bingo except to further the purpose of the qualified organization; and\n(4) any additional information that the county requires.","path":["Article - Criminal Law"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gcr\u0026section=13-1806","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:08Z","sha256":"83922ac200395db6f07b1634edb225611f3acf71e7f04eed34e854dacde58664","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-criminal-law-13-1805","next":"us-md/md.-code-criminal-law-13-1807"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
