Code, Criminal Law § 13–2105","heading":"","body":"(a) The county commissioners shall designate a person to administer the issuance of bingo licenses in the county.\n(b) An organization shall submit an application for a bingo license to the designee.\n(c) A principal officer of the organization shall certify in the application for a bingo license:\n(1) the name and address of the organization;\n(2) the name and address of the officer seeking the license for the organization;\n(3) that the officer is authorized by the organization to file the application;\n(4) the time and place of bingo;\n(5) that, within 15 days after the last day named in the application for the license to conduct bingo, a principal officer of the organization will file under penalties of perjury the report required by § 13–2109 of this subtitle;\n(6) that bingo will be conducted solely and personally by the regular members of the organization, without the assistance of gaming professionals; and\n(7) that no compensation or reward will be paid to a person for conducting or assisting in conducting bingo.","path":["Article - Criminal Law"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gcr\u0026section=13-2105","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:08Z","sha256":"f83523d3daa7e93dd981feadfc5a77c5e8eab348cb5417e771aa70b4a3570740","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-criminal-law-13-2104","next":"us-md/md.-code-criminal-law-13-2106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
