Code, Criminal Law § 13–2421","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) An applicant for a tip jar license shall:\n(i) submit to the agency an application on the form that the agency provides; and\n(ii) subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, pay an annual fee of $250 to the county.\n(2) The county commissioners may waive or reduce the annual fee for an organization that qualifies for a license under § 13-2420(b)(1) through (6), (10), or (11) of this subtitle.\n(b) The county shall credit license fees collected under subsection (a)(1)(ii) of this section to the general fund of the county.","path":["Article - Criminal Law"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gcr\u0026section=13-2421","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:08Z","sha256":"c12a0430c7ae4d0c667df5a9749c9e9c052fd6e97165c1472c37ead8ccb76f50","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-criminal-law-13-2420","next":"us-md/md.-code-criminal-law-13-2422"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
