Code, Criminal Law § 13–708","heading":"","body":"In addition to any other penalty provided by law, the county commissioners may revoke a bingo license forthwith if:\n(1) the county commissioners determine after an investigation that:\n(i) the license holder made a false statement in the application for the license; or\n(ii) the conduct of licensed bingo at the premises named in the license would:\n1. disturb the peace of the neighborhood;\n2. create a nuisance; or\n3. be detrimental to the morals, health, or welfare of the community; or\n(2) the license holder is convicted of:\n(i) violating §§ 13-705 through 13-707 of this subtitle; or\n(ii) a felony.","path":["Article - Criminal Law"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gcr\u0026section=13-708","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:08Z","sha256":"5a597fb706f25228a75b2e4295c1ee15e679b02a0efa2bda320617ea4d848c03","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-criminal-law-13-707","next":"us-md/md.-code-criminal-law-13-709"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
