Code, Economic Development § 10–839","heading":"","body":"(a) On or before October 1 each year, the Institute shall report to the Governor, the Administration, and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.\n(b) The report shall include:\n(1) a complete operating and financial statement covering the Institute’s operations;\n(2) a summary of the Institute’s activities during the preceding fiscal year; and\n(3) a summary of:\n(i) the annual increase in the number of clean energy innovation businesses in the State;\n(ii) federal funding awarded for clean energy innovation and commercialization in the State; and\n(iii) private sector investment in clean energy innovation and commercialization in the State.","path":["Article - Economic Development"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gec\u0026section=10-839","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:28Z","sha256":"1e632427f345b38b873ffb818e85b4ab8700b937bdefde5dd0595720349eb7fe","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-economic-development-10-838","next":"us-md/md.-code-economic-development-10-840"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
