Code, Economic Development § 12–906","heading":"","body":"(a) The Authority shall support the development and approval of a comprehensive neighborhood revitalization plan in the target area to benefit:\n(1) the residents;\n(2) housing;\n(3) neighborhoods;\n(4) economic development; and\n(5) transportation, including motor vehicles and pedestrians.\n(b) On or before October 31, 2025, the Authority shall report its comprehensive neighborhood revitalization strategy to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, to the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee and the House Appropriations Committee.","path":["Article - Economic Development"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gec\u0026section=12-906","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:28Z","sha256":"7802629989cca8b9d33c5a81f45813355f7377368cd62c8d672500dcbff5ca46","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-economic-development-12-905","next":"us-md/md.-code-economic-development-12-1001"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
