Code, Economic Development § 13–738","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board shall appoint an Executive Director.\n(b) The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Board.\n(c) The salary of the Executive Director may not exceed $75,000.\n(d) The Executive Director shall manage the administrative affairs and technical activities of the Board, in accordance with policies and procedures the Board establishes.\n(e) The Executive Director:\n(1) may assist in administering the Fund under § 13–739 of this subtitle;\n(2) shall present the projects selected in accordance with § 13–740 of this subtitle as determined by the voting members of the Board; and\n(3) shall perform any other duties that the Board directs in carrying out this part.","path":["Article - Economic Development"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gec\u0026section=13-738","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:28Z","sha256":"9be3185782692c92f21ae94bddb0f3134df50057bdd9eea5ff2de086c2ad2794","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-economic-development-13-737","next":"us-md/md.-code-economic-development-13-739"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
