Code, Economic Development § 13–741","heading":"","body":"(a) On or before December 31 each year, the Board shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on the implementation of this part.\n(b) The report required in subsection (a) of this section shall include, disaggregated by member county:\n(1) the number of new projects funded during the previous year;\n(2) the number of projects that were completed during the previous year;\n(3) the number of ongoing projects that were not completed during the previous year;\n(4) the amount and type of funding received by each project;\n(5) the current status of each ongoing project; and\n(6) any other relevant economic metrics determined by the Board.","path":["Article - Economic Development"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gec\u0026section=13-741","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:28Z","sha256":"d37b28f3a1f25dc75b35ce79dda3c3ec0e6c75cd76689cc1c570e70f5f207d0b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-economic-development-13-740","next":"us-md/md.-code-economic-development-13-742"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
