Code, Economic Development § 2.5–205","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) The Commission shall meet as often as its duties require, but not less than quarterly.\n(2) The chair or cochairs shall designate a time and place for meetings of the Commission.\n(b) A majority of the voting members of the Commission is a quorum.\n(c) A voting member of the Commission:\n(1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Commission; but\n(2) is entitled to reimbursement in accordance with the Standard State Travel Regulations as provided in the State budget.\n(d) The Department shall provide staff support to the Commission.","path":["Article - Economic Development"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gec\u0026section=2.5-205","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:28Z","sha256":"5f18d9accac4c34818b5ef8a0461beceaee071246e85e37e65af3a35979206db","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-economic-development-2.5-204","next":"us-md/md.-code-economic-development-2.5-206"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
