Code, Economic Development § 5–205","heading":"","body":"(a) An applicant for a loan under this subtitle shall submit to the Department an application on the form that the Department requires.\n(b) The application shall include:\n(1) a detailed strategic business plan;\n(2) the amount of money required for the activities described in the strategic business plan;\n(3) the money available to the applicant without financial assistance from the Department;\n(4) the amount of financial assistance requested from the Department;\n(5) information relating to the financial status of the applicant, including, if applicable:\n(i) a current balance sheet;\n(ii) a profit and loss statement; and\n(iii) credit references; and\n(6) any other relevant information that the Department requests.","path":["Article - Economic Development"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gec\u0026section=5-205","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:28Z","sha256":"afca69db37bfb340f6b6b87b7125172d28c81e88d0da32a7b66abf200ca39d2b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-economic-development-5-204","next":"us-md/md.-code-economic-development-5-206"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
