Code, Economic Development § 5–425","heading":"","body":"(a) The Fund is a continuing, nonlapsing fund that is not subject to reversion under § 7-302 of the State Finance and Procurement Article.\n(b) The Fund consists of:\n(1) money appropriated in the State budget to the Fund;\n(2) premiums, fees, and any other money received by the Authority with respect to financial assistance provided by the Authority from the Fund;\n(3) proceeds from the sale, lease, or other disposition of property of the Authority;\n(4) interest received from linked deposits made from the Linked Deposit Program under Part VI of this subtitle; and\n(5) any other money made available under this subtitle.","path":["Article - Economic Development"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gec\u0026section=5-425","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:28Z","sha256":"3b1466f197f2749817ca4afc987cd0d54a097db66f2b2e5aa9de144c856e9477","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-economic-development-5-424","next":"us-md/md.-code-economic-development-5-426"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
