Code, Economic Development § 6–805","heading":"","body":"(a) The Department shall provide to a qualified business entity a certificate that:\n(1) certifies the eligible project that is enrolled in the Program;\n(2) provides the duration of the certification; and\n(3) provides any additional information necessary for the Comptroller and Department to administer the Program.\n(b) (1) For a qualified business entity that has submitted the notice required under § 6–803(b)(1)(i) or (c)(2)(i) of this subtitle before June 1, 2022, the Department may not provide the qualified business entity a certificate on or after June 1, 2022.\n(2) For a qualified business entity that has submitted the notice required under § 6–803(b)(1)(i) or (c)(2)(i) of this subtitle on or after June 1, 2022, the Department may not provide the qualified business entity a certificate on or after June 1, 2024.","path":["Article - Economic Development"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gec\u0026section=6-805","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:28Z","sha256":"b909e6155d4295ea7b978acce1113db03ef1cb243d9cc8f4a8466ff0815d1191","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-economic-development-6-804","next":"us-md/md.-code-economic-development-6-806"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
