Code, Education § 11–1105","heading":"","body":"(a) To be eligible for participation in the Program, a nonprofit organization shall:\n(1) Be located in the State;\n(2) Have a contract or memorandum of understanding with a local school system or an institution of higher education or must establish one if one does not exist; and\n(3) Demonstrate an equal match for funds requested.\n(b) A nonprofit organization that receives funding through the Program shall:\n(1) Submit data on outreach programs;\n(2) Track student progress through the higher education system; and\n(3) Submit annual reports to the Commission on or before October 1 following the fiscal year in which funds were received.","path":["Article - Education"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ged\u0026section=11-1105","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:38Z","sha256":"06aa31acd5ea61a41b17968901594c6b19b3e91638a198d15e541f9aec771403","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-education-11-1104","next":"us-md/md.-code-education-11-1106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
